Arranging services License Issued on May 16, 2023 with a commencement date of July 30,2024, and investment Management license issued on May 05,2025 with a commencement date of December 30,2025

AlFanar United Capital was founded with a paid-up capital of SAR 8 million, under the Companies Law in the Kingdom, with Commercial Registration Number 1010774089 dated 16/06/1443H (January 20, 2022), National Unified Number 7027500383 and VAT Registration Number 311160316900003.

The controlling owner of Alfanar United Capital is Alpha United Investment Company.

Our headquarters is located in the Alsahafa District, Riyadh.

Mr. Fahad Bin Saleh Almusabhi

Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Fahad Bin Saleh Almusabhi is one of the distinguished names in the investment and industrial sectors, with a rich history of experience spanning over 30 years. Throughout this period, he has played a crucial role in the growth and prosperity of several well-known companies.

Almusabhi has held leadership positions in several prestigious companies, including Saudi Mediterranean Investment Company, Nayifat Finance Company, FIPCO (Filling and Packaging Materials Manufacturing Company), Amanah Insurance, Gulf Integrated Industries Company, Al-Masarat Car Leasing Company, Alpha Arabia Finance Company, and many other companies within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Abdulmohsen Bin Abdulrahman Alsowailem

Board Member

Mr. Abdulmohsen Al-Suwailem is considered one of the well-known figures in the fields of finance and business, with a distinguished track record and over 20 years of experience.

During this time, he has led numerous successful investments and founded several well-known companies in Saudi Arabia, such as Alpha Arabia Finance Company, Fal Insurance Brokerage Company, Global Integrated Company, and Smart Cars Company. Additionally, he has held leadership positions, board memberships, and committee memberships in several companies, including Falcom Holding Company, Yaqeen Financial (formerly known as Falcom Financial), Nayifat Finance Company, and others.

Mr. Sultan Bin Saleh Almusabhi

Board Member

Mr. Sultan Bin Saleh Almusabhi stands out as one of the pioneers in the investment banking sector, with a diverse and extensive career spanning more than 20 years.

During this time, he has held numerous leadership roles in banks, contracting companies, and telecom firms in Saudi Arabia, such as the National Commercial Bank (NCB), Saudi Oger, Oger Saudi Telecom Company, and many other companies within the Kingdom.

Moath AlKhasawneh

Chief Executive Officer

Moath has accumulated over 20 years of experience in financial consulting, investment banking, and investment services.

He has held several leadership positions in leading investment and financial companies in the Kingdom. Moath has also served as the Managing Director and CEO of Yaqeen Financial Company (formerly Falcom Financial Services) and as a board member of several companies. Additionally, he has held the position of Chairman of the Board for numerous investment funds in the Kingdom.

Ahmed Al Taweel

Head of IB Department

Ahmed has over 13 years of relevant experience, before joining Alfanar Capital, he was an Associate Director of Investment Banking department at Yaqeen Capital (formerly known as FALCOM Financial Service) where he led many landmark transactions including IPOs and M&A deals.

Ahmed’s area of expertise include: CMA rules and regulation, Financial Modeling, Business Planning and Valuations, Feasibility & Market Studies, Financial Due Diligence Reviews.

A professional accountant with over 20 years of experience in financial management, analysis, auditing, and driving financial improvements through innovation and effective leadership.

Rakan Al Ghalib AlSharif

Head of Asset Management

Rakan brings over 12 years of experience in Financial services and real estate. He has held roles at leading local and global institutions—including Saudi National Bank, Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, TD Bank, Fidelity Investments, and AlAwwal Capital—where he built a strong track record in asset allocation, portfolio management, and institutional relationships.
